Sandy, Bedfordshire
Sandy is a market town and civil parish in Central Bedfordshire, England. It lies 8 miles to the east of Bedford, 18 miles to the south west of Cambridge and 43 miles north of Central London. The town has a population of around 13,400 based on 2015 estimates.The A1 road bypasses the town to the west, with the East Coast Main Line running to the east.
