Millom is a town and civil parish on the north shore of the estuary of the River Duddon in southwest Cumbria, historically part of Cumberland, England. Police say these scammers are very good at what they do, and they do the research, even sometimes imitating a voice, or they know a family nickname like Pop-pop or Nana.
