Guisborough is a town and civil parish on the south side of the River Tees in North Yorkshire, England within the borough of Redcar and Cleveland, having previously formed its own royal borough as a district of the North Riding of Yorkshire. The Guisborough ward had a population of 7,662 at the 2011 census. The civil parish, including the outlying villages of Upleatham, Dunsdale and Newton under Roseberry, had a population of 17,777.
Scamwatch is warning Australians to be wary of an online scam pretending to be from the Australian Boarder Force. The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission said a recorded message claiming to be from the Australian Boarder Force (ABF) is being sent around.
Scamwatch posted a tweet today saying people had been receiving phone calls with automated messages that pretended to inform the listener of a problem.
