East Grinstead is a town in West Sussex, England, near the East Sussex, Surrey, and Kent borders, 27 miles south of London, 21 miles northeast of Brighton, and 38 miles northeast of the county town of Chichester. The civil parish has an area of 2,443.45 hectares. Scamwatch is warning Australians to be wary of an online scam pretending to be from the Australian Boarder Force. The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission said a recorded message claiming to be from the Australian Boarder Force (ABF) is being sent around.
Scamwatch posted a tweet today saying people had been receiving phone calls with automated messages that pretended to inform the listener of a problem.
