Skelmersdale is a town in Lancashire, England, on the River Tawd, 6 miles west of Wigan, 13 miles northeast of Liverpool and 15 miles southwest of Preston. In 2006, it had a population of 38,813. The user is then redirected to a short form where they can explain to moderators why they believe the comment is harmful. Processing of this request usually takes about a week.
