Stafford is a market town and the county town of Staffordshire, in the West Midlands region of England. A new report from Seattle startup Hiya highlights the ongoing problem of phone fraud and spam calls. The report found that during the first quarter of this year, nearly 25% of all unknown calls globally were flagged as spam or fraud — that’s 73.6 million per day.
