Witney is a historic market town on the River Windrush, 12 miles west of Oxford in Oxfordshire, England. The place-name "Witney" is derived from the Old English for "Witta's island". The user is then redirected to a short form where they can explain to moderators why they believe the comment is harmful. Processing of this request usually takes about a week. Then the user is informed about how the moderators dealt with the comment.
